One Year Warranty

Black Mountain stands behind our products and our customers.

All of our products come with a one year warranty valid from the date of purchase.

During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product at no cost. Products must be shipped to our office at the customer's expense; however, there is no charge for shipping the replacement product to you from our office if within the USA. Shipment to an international address may be charged to the customer at our cost.

This warranty does not cover products that are damaged through negligence, misuse, alteration, normal wear and tear, or incorrect use.

The original purchase must be from Black Mountain or one of its authorized resellers.

If a product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, it may be replaced with a similar model.

Warranty Process

In the rare case that you need it, we make warranties truly hassle-free. Simply visit our Contact Us page and send us your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for sending your defective product back to us for repair or replacement.
