The capo works very well on my Taylor 814 DLX. All of the string ring clear when the capo is on. It goes on and off easily once you get used to it. Great product!

Best capo I own, hands down. The old ones are great for holding together a bag of chips.

Solid construction, attractive nickel finish. The locking mechanism creates a stable, strong connection; the thumbscrew feels good in the hand and makes adjustments easy. Pressure is great across all six strings, providing clear-as-a-bell tones, great for fingerstyle. The guitar stayed in tune over several songs, with the capo anywhere on the neck from the second fret to the 10th. The Black Mountain Capo is absolutely the best capo I've owned in over 40 years of playing.

The masterpiece among capos. A very attractive design. Great handling. Easy to attach and easy to reposition. Very gentle on the guitar neck. Not exactly lightweight. But that’s not really a problem.

This is a game changer. These guys built a better mousetrap. Clean clear tone out of every string. No buzzing. I love this capo!!!
