The Asteroid pick was invented by a guitar teacher, Cole McBride.Β
Cole was inspired by an old photo of a Django Reinhardt's guitar pick that had three distinct tips.Β
After doing research into the history of three-tip guitar picks, Cole realized there was room for innovation, and he set out to create a guitar pick that not only had three tips but also had three different materials!
After hundreds of prototypes and invaluable feedback from professional musicians, the Asteroid pick was born!
