When are my picks coming?

We ship orders within 2 business days as letter mail from Canada and we often ship orders the same day.  Because we ship the picks as letter mail, we are able to offer free shipping to North America, and very reasonable international rates!
Shipping times are 2 weeks within North America, and 2-6 weeks international.  The picks usually arrive earlier than this, but I ask my customers to please wait until this time has passed before reaching out to see where your order is.

If your order doesn’t arrive within these time frames, I may ask you to wait a bit longer, but at a certain point I will conclude something went wrong and I will ship another order right away for free.  I always include a free pick for any order that I have to ship again to make up for the delay.

I take care of my customers no matter what, and you will receive your picks or a refund guaranteed!

Are Black Mountain thumb picks available left-handed?

All models of Black Mountain picks are available left-handed.  There is a drop-down menu where you can select left-handed orientation when you purchase the picks.  We are proud to offer a wide variety of picks for our Left-handed customers!

What size do the picks come in?

The cool thing about Black Mountain picks is that the spring makes them universal fit for thumb sizes medium to extra-large.  Check out this video to see this in action.

I have a small thumb or I want a really tight fit, will the Black Mountain work for me?

There are now two spring tensions available, regular (comfortable) and extra-tight (for small thumbs or an extra tight fit).  If you're thumb is smaller than most people or you want a very tight fit, I would recommend getting extra tight spring tension, otherwise, I would definitely stick to regular spring tension which will be a lot more comfortable for most thumbs.

Can I change the angle of my thumb pick?

Yes you can!  Please check out this video on how to modify your pick with hot water.  You can change the angle of the pick and also increase or decrease the radius of the thumb ring!
