As fellow musicians, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products and happy with your purchase. In the event that our products are not what you expected, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be in like-new condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- All original packaging and included items must be returned.
- Items showing signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging cannot be accepted.
How to Make a Return
While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the simple steps to return an item:
- Visit our Contact Us page and let us know that you would like to request a return.
- Once your return request is approved, you'll receive return instructions by email.
- Repackage your return in the original packaging, with all included items. Make sure to include any information provided in the return approval email.
- Ship the package back to the Black Mountain Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Charges and Credits
Shipping charges - You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receiving your refund - Products must be returned in original condition. Assuming they are, we do not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund, minus any shipping charges, to the payment method originally used.
